All Drive Subaroo warrants that if any part of the vehicle is found to be defective in factory materials or workmanship within the stated warranty period, it will be repaired, replaced or adjusted free of charge to the customer.
All Drive Subaroo will honour the new part warranty, and will repair, replace or adjust free of charge to the customer, any part of a customer's vehicle that is defective in factory materials or workmanship.
Please note that All Drive Subaroo is unable to reimburse the cost of repairs carried out during the warranty period by a repairer other than All Drive Subaroo except where express prior APPROVAL for those repairs has been obtained.

All Drive Subaroo parts new and reconditioned are certified to all relevant Australian Design Rules (ADR) in force at the time of certification. It is illegal to fit a replacement part or accessory, which does not allow the vehicle to continue to comply with the requirements of the Australian Design Rules.
In servicing the vehicle, the use of genuine and approved parts and accessories will ensure that the original vehicle specification and quality is maintained and that the vehicle continues to comply with certification requirements and government regulations relating to vehicle safety and environmental controls.
We provide a limited warranty of 90 days from the date received by the original purchaser or installer, unless otherwise specified, and covers the replacement of a defective part/s. The warranty applies only to parts replacement unless a part cannot be obtained in its place. For such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original purchaser. A refund or an exchange of a defective part will be processed only if it is accompanied by the original sales invoice. All items must be in their original condition and must not be damaged due to incorrect installation upon return. The warranty is limited only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
All items are given a limited 90-days warranty period by the manufacturer. The manufacturer will allow the parts to be under warranty provided that these parts are free from defects in workmanship and material.
Our liability does not cover lost or stolen packages, mailed back by the customer, containing the parts being claimed under warranty. Because the customer is the shipper, he is the only one who can file any lost claim with the shipping company. Therefore, the claim must be coordinated and processed through the shipping company by the customer.
