Recently we had to sort out what to do with our ageing Subaru MY 07 Liberty GT that we have loved for many years: repair or sell? A Subaru Service centre in our town, couldn’t help in our decision; it’s just getting old!! All Drive Subaroo in Peakhurst was our next stop. We ventured from 100 km away and were greeted by the best customer service person we’ve ever had to deal with in over 30 years. He was welcoming and courteous and promised to return the car that afternoon with an answer. Chris I would like to thank you along with Issac and Niazi and all involved in getting my sons car back on the road for him. Unfortunately it was left up to myself to make arrangements to have his car repaired due to the long hours that he works and the stress that he felt he was under given the fact that he had only purchased the car in the last 3-4 weeks using all his savings to do so. I choose Alldrive Subaroo after doing some research online and reading all of the positive reviews. Being 53 I personally had no experience with these types of cars (I have added some photos of my cars to show how far my knowledge is with these WRX cars so you can understand) I can say that I was treated from the start to the finish like a VIP everything was explained to me in a manner that I could understand as well as all cost upfront. Its very rare these days to get the service that I received from every one that I spoke with along with pictures sent of the engine building process. All this gave me full confidence that you guys were doing the right thing by me knowing that I was six hours away lack of any knowledge and a father willing to do what ever was needed for his son. Had my Gen V Liberty engine, transmission and suspension upgraded (had engine failure last year- and I wanted that car back on the road) - ADS followed up all correspondence when I first was looking at how to go about getting the vehicle on the road before any deposit or commitment to the project- no other place was anywhere near the level of professionalism of these guys(others gave ambiguous answers or didn't return calls)- Isaac was great to discuss and understand options for the build. Even though I had to ship the car interstate to have the work done, the car was in the best hands! When I received the car back - it was transformed - it performs beautifully, gear shift is better than when I bought the car new. It is a better vehicle in all ways than when I picked it up off the showroom floor. Thanks Gab for all the work on the performance side The work done was done in a professional manner, no shortcuts were taken, presentation of the vehicle where the work was done was impeccable. I called up for advice having just bought my first Subaru, a clean white 04 liberty sedan 3.0SpecB six speed manual, (pre facelift, non-centre diff control) and had questions about the viscous coupling and gearbox, and the amazingly helpful bloke on the phone couldn't have explained it better or more simply, aftermarket LSD's, their own uprated viscous couplers, how to test the viscous coupler (by jacking one wheel and trying to move it, smooth resistance is what you want). What more could you ask for? I'm looking for more advice having just bought a 2.5 '04 wagon 5spd with low range, as a replacement for the sedan whose nose was broken, whacked by a young girl texting and driving her Mazda. I'll eventually give All Drive Subaroo some money for their services, gladly. Five stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

I had planned a track day with my GC8 WRX STI on Sunday, so took it for a quick drive around the block on Saturday to make sure it was running ok. 5mins into driving it wouldn’t rev cleanly over 3000rpm. I’ve had issues with this before and thought my Sunday Track Day was over unless I could find someone to fix it on a Saturday?? All Drive Subaru was open so limped the car out there where Isaac had a look over it for me. After diagnosing what could be wrong he systematically looked at about 3-4 issues which was causing the car to do this which he explained to me as he went through them. This took 2.5hrs which was 2.5hrs after he was meant to finish his shift and leave but stayed because he wanted to find the solution to get my car running so I could get to the Track Day on Sunday. Needless to say after 2.5hrs of not rushing but fixing the problem and any associated problems which could have arisen on my Trackday the car ran perfectly. I went to leave & fix them up for the 2.5hrs Isaac had spent on my car and Niazi and Isaac said “Don’t worry it’s on us”!!! I would have been ready to pay anything for their effort and getting me to my Trackday the next day where apart from being disappointed I would have lost $300 not being there. I didn’t want to leave without paying for there service but they insisted.(I had never been there before). I’m actually blown away by a business that provides this type of customer service that is so genuine, honest and passionate. These guys are next level in knowledge, quality and honesty as a business and Subaru’s. I’m definitely a convert and will be using these guys for all my existing and future needs as I develop my STI.

2006 wrx, car just stopped while driving. It was Hard to start. not drivable and a big inconvenience on a friday night. Recently had my 2006 wrx here to receive the sti 6mt, DCCD, r180/hub/brembo swap and they could not of done a better job! The quality of work is absolutely amazing with any faults. Had a gearbox issue. I was told by a local company in hervey bay it will cost me $4000 to rebuild it because it was stuffed . So i started ringing around for a better price. I spoke to rob from all drive subaroo. He asked me what trouble i had, once i explained it to him he gave me a solution that solved my issue. It turns out all that needed to be done was adjust a belt. So no rebuild required. I can say i was very happy with the result and it only took me 15 mins to do. These guys at all drive subaroo if anything like Rob are lifesavers and great people its great to know there are still people out there willing to help someone out and do it for nothing. They could have said the same as the mob in hervey bay but they were honest. Once again guys thank u very much. Your help was invaluable. All Drive Subaroo recently completed a massive job on my '98 GC8 WRX. I was comtemplating doing this work on my car for a very long time and did countless hours of research into what was involved and how much it would cost. All Drive Subaroo's ad popped up in my facebook & as it was a workshop I hadn't heard about before, I sent off a quote request explaining what specific power I was after and the crazy type of response & reliability I wanted. I received a call from Isaac from ADS & he spent a good hour on the phone to me going over everything and giving me prices off the top of his head. I was very impressed with the amout of knowledge he had and realised how much more affordable the build would be with them. After that call I was 100% confident in them doing the build. It included a fully built closed deck block with reconditioned heads, full 6 speed conversion including diffs and modified tailshaft, all supporting mods including top feed fuel conversion, surge tank set up and just way too much to list. The car has come back absolutely fantastic - everything was installed properly and neatly & they even went to the effort of cleaning up and painting just about every little thing that was original on the car. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and always rang me first if there was anything they needed to change or add to the build with detailed reasons why. Long story short, the customer service from the entire team was fantastic, the pricing was awesome, the quality of the work was excellent and the turn around time was unbelievably fast for the amount of work done, making the whole experience truly enjoyable. The car is an absolute response monster with 340kw atw and 1293nm of torque. Overall so happy and would not hesitate to recommend All Drive Subaroo to everyone who wants work done on their Subaru from basic to massive hp builds.

This place and people are amazing ! The hard work they've done is indescribable, there's no words to describe how I feel or to describe the out of this world job they have done on my 2002 bug eye wrx, they have spent about 2 months and a half in restoring it back to life. It is now pretty much as close to an undercover STi hitting about 217kws, it is unbelievable. The work, time and effort they have put in is immaculate and pure perfection, it is running smoothly and beastly, it sounds and drives like a dream. I recommend these guys to absolutely anyone and everyone ! THIS PLACE IS MY NEW SUBIE DOCTOR :) GUYS DID AN AMAZING JOB ON MY 96 SUBARU OUTBACK 2.5 TIMING BELT WAS OFF BY A FEW TEETH. 02 SENSOR WAS GONE INJECTORS WERE CLOGGED ON CYL 3 THROTTLE NEEDED ADJUSTING IACV NEEDED ADJUSTING ALL WAS DONE AND DIAGNOSED IN A DAY AS QUICK AS THEY COULD . This organization provides a high quality service. They were able to promptly pin point the problem with my gearbox and suggest a reasonable course of action. I was very impressed with their professional manner and especially their ability to listen to what my concerns were. (I'm particular when it comes to 'the car')I totally recommend ADS as a repairer for any Subaru. Robert, Chris, Isaac, you have a great team there.

Cannot recommend these guys enough. You won't find any mechanic in Sydney as honest, friendly and knowledgeable on Subarus. I needed a valve body replaced which Subaru quoted me close to $5k, ADS was able to replace it, inclusive of labour, for half the price using genuine parts.

I had taken my car here to fix the transfer case bearing as it was making a grinding noise.I had thought the issue was resolved, however I still noticed there was still a faint grinding noise in 1st and 2nd gear. For this reason I contacted ADS and had my car inspected again and they informed me the grinding noise is “standard across this year model” and they can’t fix it which didn’t feel reassuring to me - considering I paid over $1000 to get this fixed. Tested it out on my friends wrx with the same modifications and year, but was unable to find the same issues I was experiencing. I feel like it may have been a small problem and wasn’t worth their time to fix. I won’t be coming here again and would advise other customers to try out other reputable companies as I felt this company didn’t really care what I had to say once I paid them for the job.

It was an absolute pleasure to deal with the team thay relly know there stuff and i live in central QLD and thay made the whole experience a breeze and would highly recommend to anybody who need good service and Subaru parts. AdsI have just had dealings with ads and my experience lived up to all the positive reviews. I am not a mechanic so I have no idea of pricing, What I do know is if you are in need of a heart transplant you don't go to your local GPYou then get what you pay for, so in other words if your Subaru is in need of a professional fix then this is the place to bring it. I had a level 1 motor rebuild with a new clutch and could not be more happier with their help,advice, their workmanship and the running of my car now with the rebuilt motor. It was especially nice when the car came out cleaner than what it was when I took it there. My thanks to everyone at ads

Secondary air pump left the cruise light on in my Forester. Was fixed by ADS in a very short time for a fraction of the cost had I gone to a Subaru Dealer!! Many thanks Guys in ADS!! So professional and excellent customer service!

I bought my Subaru about a year ago and like any 12 year old car it had a few issues (power windows and Air vent selectors) which bugged me.I did my research and decided to give All Drive Subaroo a shot to fix them.After looking at forums and googling the parts to fix it I thought it was going to cost me quite a lot but Niazi and his team managed to solve the issues with minimum parts being required and were very up front about the work they had done....and they even washed the car before I collected it!Shortly after I wanted to fit a tow hitch to the car and asked if they could spare 1/2 an hour on the weekend. They were super busy but let me bring the car in and use their tools to do it myself (with a bit of guidance and much needed advice).A little while later I had overheating issues and thought I was definitely in for head gaskets....this time Gabriel (the Head performance mechanic at ADS) came to the rescue with his correct diagnosis and saved me a lot of money when they could have just as easily sold me a new engine.The service I got was so honest and such 1st class quality that I couldn't even imagine taking my car anywhere else.Fast forward a year and the car is still going strong and all thanks to the amazing team at All Drive Subaroo.#TEAMADS

I am very happy with All Drive Subaroo. They replaced the engine in my 2003 Forester a couple of years ago and it hasn't given me any problems in the 45,000 km I've driven since. I now have all my services carried out with ADS.

I’ve had my car and my parents’ cars looked after by Isaac for years and wouldn’t trust our babies with anyone else! Provided all information on gearbox, diff and driveshaft options for my car, turned out I only needed the diff, opted for the r180 with modified rear drive shafts, very proffesional, helpful, knowledgeable, and very fairly priced! Would definitely go back!

I need to fix the head gaskets on my 2006 Forrester, and have found "All Drive Subaroo" to be excellent by clearly outlining my potential pathways, by looking holistically at my long term needs, and suggesting a well defined pathway that should give me many more years of safe and sure motoring. It is very rare to find this level of professional advice, as most would just look at the immediate problem and fix that, not appreciating what is the best pathway for the customer to take. I cannot recommend them high enough.

My car broke down and I happened to be not too far from ADS. I was familiar with them, but had never been a customer prior. My car was towed there in the afternoon and even though they were fully booked for the week, they still managed to make time to inspect my car and diagnose the issue the very next day. Thankfully it was a minor repair and I was back on the road in no time. Great service.
